- Sales agreements – for premises constituting separate real estate, cooperative ownership rights to residential premises (commonly referred to as “apartments”), cooperative ownership rights to non-residential premises, plots of land (both developed and undeveloped), and perpetual usufruct rights, including those with buildings, structures, and installations located on the land that constitute separate objects of ownership.
- Donation agreements – for premises constituting separate real estate, cooperative ownership rights, developed and undeveloped plots, perpetual usufruct rights (including buildings, structures, and installations), as well as donations of movable property (cars, works of art, etc.), rights, money, and other assets.
- Developer agreements, binding contracts, and other agreements under the “New Developer Act” – i.e., the Act of 20 May 2021 on the Protection of the Buyer of a Residential Unit or Single-Family House and the Developer Guarantee Fund, agreements establishing separate ownership of residential and non-residential units and their sale.
- Lifetime maintenance agreements (umowy dożywocia).
